Commissions

 

I'm happy to discuss with you about commissioned pieces ! 

For interior designers, kindly note that I am currently exempted of VAT tax. (as of January 25)

 

Email me about your project, as detailed as possible, with pictures from my work so I can figure out your preferences and I'll come back to you quickly.

 

After the quotation is accepted, a non-refundable, 35% deposit fee will be asked via payment link.

 

There will be 1/2 emails exchanges (or more depending on the project size) with sketches, shapes, colour samples pictures, video for scales, etc.

For shipping abroad, I work with a reliable, fine art logistics company.

 

A commissioned piece is something special we both agreed on, so I won't be able to refund it.

 

 

Shipping policy - direct sales

 

Send me your delivery adress & contact number so I can give you a quote : juliette.teste@gmail.com. 

I work with a specialized company, shipping fees depend to delivery address, 

weight and value of the piece(s). 

Worlwide shipping available - insurance included. Shipping has to be paid directly to the art handler.

 

VAT & custom duty

 

Due to French legislation for artists, I don't charge VAT for now. 

 

If you are purchasing from a country whose borders charge duty to imported merchandise, you will be requested to pay for this import fee by the postal service, 

which then pays your government.

If the duty doesn’t get paid, the piece will be shipped back to me. 

I can refund you for it only if it arrives safely- minus shipping costs - or send it back to you again, for a new shipping fee. Let’s just hope this never happens :)  

If the package is abandoned because duty is not accepted I am unable to refund you. 

If the piece is returned damaged or broken I will not be able to refund you either.

Care

Due to the nature of stoneware and the eventual presence of various grog sizes in it, 

handmade ceramics can leave marks when on delicate surfaces - please choose those surfaces accordingly, or place a soft material under your piece. Patina is encouraged, as part of the beauty of ceramic world.

Most of my vases are for decorative use only and will not hold water unless specified.
